How detailed will the Workshop be?

  • Workshops are focused on presenting concepts and principles that can be used in a wide range of industries, environments and company sizes,  We take great care in choosing topics and speakers that will allow attendees the ability to significantly add to their knowledge as well as increasing their corporate value.  If after attending a workshop, you would like more “hands-on” training – we can set up an affordable program that will address your requirements.

Do participants receive a certificate when the training is completed?

  • Yes! Attendees to our Workshops simply have to fill out a short quiz and submit it to us either at the Workshop attended. A certificate will be sent to you within two weeks after the workshop.

Is this tax deductible as continuing education?

  • Yes - The registration fee for all AIB courses is tax deductible as an educational expense under U.S. Treasury Regulation 1.162.5.

What is your policy if I have to cancel for some unexpected reason?

  • You will receive a 100% refund if cancellation is received within 30 days of Workshop.
  • You will receive 50% refund if cancellation is received within 2 weeks of Workshop.

Do you offer refresher classes?  With what frequency are they offered?

  • We offer in-house private refresher classes or training.  Each of our speakers are professionals with their own practices.  You can contact them through Chargeback Management Group if you’d like further training, consultation or refresher courses.

Who are the speakers and are they the same for every Workshop?

  • Speakers can change from city to city depending on availability and topics.  Be sure to visit our website to get updated speaker information for the Workshop you will be attending.

If I miss this city this time, when will you offer it locally again?

  • Chargeback Management Group plans on presenting workshops in each target city twice per year.  If you missed this one, you can either go to a workshop in a city near you, or wait approx. 6 months for it to return to your area.

Do you have a mailing list if I cannot take the class now but want to in the future?

  • Of course.  We maintain a mailing list and email data base.  Just let us know your contact information and we’ll be sure to keep you updated on future events in your area.
